ONTARIO, Calif. — Success Education Colleges (SEC) is excited to announce its upcoming Professional Development Conference (PDC) on Friday, December 13, at the Ontario Convention Center. This annual event is set to unite faculty, staff, board members, and leaders from across the colleges for a day dedicated to learning, collaboration, and professional growth. Keynote sessions will feature renowned speakers, including Dr. Sara Safari, the first Iranian woman to conquer all seven summits and founder and president of the nonprofit organization Climb Your Everest; Tim Bristol, owner of Nursethink.com; and Meredith Breitstein, a six-time award-winning public speaker Participants will benefit from a diverse array of expertise shared throughout the day.
The conference will consist of three general sessions and a series of targeted breakout sessions known as Learning Labs. These labs are categorized into four key tracks: Nursing Faculty, Leadership, Compliance, and Faculty. This structure allows Team Members to customize their experience by selecting Learning Labs that align with their professional development objectives.
The event will culminate with a ceremony recognizing outstanding Team Members and campuses, including acknowledgments for Years of Service and the prestigious Campuses of Distinction awards.
